I am one lucky lady I tell ya!
We moved into our new home in March of last year and my DH made it a point to finish my scrapbook room before any other room in the basement.
So today I wanted to share where I scrapbook from. It's a 10x10 room painted a soft blue/minty green colour that is very calming. I have 3 stations even if I only scrap from one of them.
I took these pictures a while back so it looks nothing like that at the moment.
One day I will tackle to hard job of purging…one day!

Hi Everyone,
So today I made a decision not to purchase a Erin Condren planner. It took alot of will power but I did it.
So off I went in search of the planner that would take Erin's place.
Well I left my home went straight to Indigo the book store and found a Kate Spade agenda, a really cute one, with gold accents I was in line to pay when something out of the blue told me go take another look at the agenda section. and then I spotted this cute little black and white polka dot agenda, with a minty teal elastic and a cute sherbet pink heart. I looked inside and I was SOLD! It is very scrapbook inspired, come with cute stickers. I have already stamped some cute images inside next up adding some wash take to it.

Here is a 12x12 layout I worked on this month. It's called ''Napolitana & Cafe con leche''
I took this picture while on a recent trip to Spain. I thought I would have withdrawal symptoms from not getting my grande latte from Starbucks, but OMG was I pleasantly surprised with the coffee in this small town of Spain.
Products used in this LO, Heidi Swapp chipboard pieces, papers from Webster's pages (our travel collection) Thickers, an Amy Tan flair button and some simple stories sticker letters.

I have been thinking about this for quite some time… and why now? A few reasons.
1-Not getting any younger.
2-I keep reading do what makes you happy.
3-If I don't do it no one else will do it for me… Right?
So what will this blog be about? Good question, I wanted a place I can share my scrapbook layouts and pocket style scrapbooking. So if you have found your way onto this blog it is because you like I enjoy scrapbooking, taking pictures of everything and get inspired by looking at other peoples work.
I have a young family so you will see mostly pictures of them. I don't tend to take many pictures of myself. But isn't that what we all do?
I just recently subbed to a monthly kit club called Scraptastic, I will be posting my layouts using the first kit I receive which should be Septembers kit.
Here is my first share, it's a picture of me! 12x12 LO using mostly Maggie Holmes products. I fussy cut the flowers from one of the 12x12 pages popped them up with foam dots added some gold embellishments (yes I hopped on the gold band wagon) Heidi Swapp butterflies and some Tim Holtz rub ons.
